Creekside Pointe will consist of three bedroom, 2 ½ baths in approximately 1,365 square feet with backyards.  A total of 54 parking spaces, 2-car garage for each home, visitor spaces and motorcycle spaces.  The project will consist of six buildings with a central landscaped corridor through the middle of the project.
